Today was a delightful, if abnormal, day. It's hard to know what an abnormal day is, though, because I don't have any real normal days.
Things started out extra early, because every now and then I try to be a morning person. I'll try again tomorrow and see if it will last. I really don't like getting up before it's light out, though.
At work much of the time was spent setting up a remote training, with the goal of being able to work with a small group of teachers and go through effectively integrating mobile technology and our software into existing classroom activities and plans. The setup worked reasonably well, except our office internet isn't so great to Vonage sometimes isn't so great. Also, it's hard to do a workshop like that and not really see what everyone else is doing. You don't really get a sense of how well people are following you. Fortunately, I was just around for extra help.
While that was going on, I worked through an unrelated development problem on another project. And work bought us Chinese food for lunch.
After work I went over to Mr. C's parents' house to help out a bit. I go over there every now and then for various bits of computer and other technology assistance. It had been a while, so it was nice to see them. C's dad was particularly happy, and thought it typical ben, that I would have gotten in to curling.
